Coaching Service Options

Two coaching options are available. 

 

Sessions are scheduled for up to one hour. 

Schedule your session by contacting me directly.

The session rate ranges from $65-$130 per session.

Payment is due in advance.

Respecting that each individual has different financial means, this pricing option enables YOU to determine your "per session" rate. Assess the monetary value you place on coaching in light of your personal budget and establish the amount that is right for you.

The Coaching Process
  1. Schedule an appointment

  2. Before the session:

  3. Be coached!

  4. Complete your action steps!

 

If you choose additional coaching sessions:

  1. Schedule a future session

  2. Complete the Coaching Session Preparation Questions before the session.

  3. Be coached & complete action steps

Option 1: Single-Session Coaching

Scheduling a one-time session is designed for two purposes.

  1. "Test the Waters" Session - If coaching is new for you, scheduling a stand-alone session gives you the opportunity to experience the benefit of coaching on a topic of your choice and determine if this process is right for you.
     

  2. "Re-calibrate" Session - For some clients, life is on a great course, yet a small obstacle hinders forward motion. A single coaching conversation can help you process how to overcome the obstacle and course correct. 

Option 2: Six-Session Coaching Package

The process of growth and change takes time.  Most clients prefer a coaching package, ideal for creating a coaching relationship that will most effectively propel you forward. To enjoy lasting progress, clients benefit from making a conscious commitment to the coaching process. By dedicating time and exerting effort, you to reach the future you envision.

 

Coaching relationships can be short-term or long-term. Offering 6-session increments allows us to track progress and determine your right next step. The first session is a "Get to Know You" conversation about your life story, values, strengths, struggles, and the direction you desire moving forward. The sessions that follow advance your goals in the priority order you prefer.
